We are pleased to announce the release of Saint Catherine of Alexandria Cider, a golden-colored, still, dry wine of well balanced astringencies and tartness. Its natural tannins are malic, not oak, resulting in a smooth blend of delicate flavors specific to each of the 15 heirloom and 1 modern apple varieties in it.  Lovers of aged white Burgundy would probably like Saint Catherine of Alexandria Cider.

 

Pre-market ordering:  Due to lines that arise sometimes at our sales venues, we now offer pre-market ordering for our clients' convenience.  Anyone using it may pick up ice-cooled bottles at our checkout area for faster service.  To pre-order ahead of markets and events, please email, call or text at least a day ahead to arrange payment.  Venmo payments are most preferred, followed by Zelle, but cash and credit cards are also accepted.  Email and telephone for pre-market sales: harrison@weberscrossing.com; 240-429-6084 for texts, calls or voicemails.
